Restaurant Terms and Conditions

  • Confirmation

Our bookings require credit or debit card details to secure them. The card will be verified for $20NZD per person, however nothing will be charged unless the cancellation policy is breached.

 

  • Cancellation

 

  • Bookings for up to 4 people may be cancelled up to 3 hours before the event.

 

  • Bookings of 5 - 10 people may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the event.

 

  • Bookings of 11+ people may be cancelled up to 1 week before the event.

 

  • If the cancellation policy is breached, we will charge the card provided at the time of confirmation $20 per every person on the booking.

 

  • Any changes in number of guests to the original group size, may be made up until 12 hours before your bookings. 

 

  • Failure to notify us of a reduction in numbers by this cut-off time will result in a $20 charge for each no-show.

 

  • Set Menus

Any booking of 11+ people is required to have a set menu. Any booking of 16+ is required to pre-order from a set menu.

 

  • Arrival and Departure

Please make sure that your group arrives on time. We may have bookings on your table after yours, and require the table back.
