born in Swaida, Syria, Hasan grew up learning to make rustic, wholesome food grown predominantly on his family farm. Eating together was always a highlight of the day and involved the whole family.
Hasan's mum and sister have taught Hasan traditional Syrian recipes and techniques, so that he could share the majestic flavours of home with his new community in New Zealand. Now he and his team deliver seasonal variations on well-loved favourites.
Flora comes from a family of talented cooks in Buenos Aires. Similar to Hasan, her fondest memories are of Sunday dinners with loved ones, laughing and feasting for hours. Her family deeply inspired her culinary journey.
Alongside being mum to their kids, Tamara and Rafi, Flora is the Pastry Chef responsible for our sweet treats and specialised cakes. She also runs our social media and everything behind the scenes.
